PennFest 2015
Open Streets at Penn Fest is returning on Sunday, September 20 from 12 noon to 4 p.m. On that day, Penn Avenue between 62nd and 76th Streets will close to cars and open to music, dance, sports, games, crafts and other creative and active pursuits. Community participation from civic, athletic, artistic, creative and business organizations is welcome. It's a time for everyone who wants to build community in Richfield to come together for a day of celebration.
